Sponsor/Vendor Options and Registration
Because of the financial support from our Sponsors/Vendors, we are able to provide the Heart2Heart Conference as a FREE event!  Thank you so much for your GENEROUS support!

  

We have many different levels of sponsorship as to meet the needs of ALL businesses.

Level One is $10
Level One Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag (300), any items must be received no later than September 15 to ensure placement in bags. 

  

Level Two is $25
Level Two Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag
  • Automatic registration as a vendor if so desired which includes a 6 ft x 8 ft table SPACE in the registration area to promote your company and/or products. 
  • The name of your company on the conference website, with a link to your website

  

Level Three is $50
Level Three Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag
  • Automatic registration as a vendor if so desired which includes a 6 ft x 8 ft table SPACE in the registration area to promote your company and/or products
  • The name of your company on the conference website, with a link to your company’s page
  • A business card size ad in our program booklet. 

  

Level Four is $75
Level Four Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag
  • Automatic registration as a vendor if so desired which includes a 6 ft x 8 ft table SPACE in the registration area to promote your company and/or products
  • The name of your company on the conference website, with a link to your website
  • A 1/4 page ad in the conference program booklet.
  • Verbal recognition at the Afternoon Break

  

Level Five is $100
Level Five Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag
  • Automatic registration as a vendor if so desired which includes a 6 ft x 8 ft table SPACE in the registration area to promote your company and/or products
  • The name of your company on the conference website, with a link to your website
  • A 1/2 page ad in the conference program booklet
  • A verbal recognition at the Lunch Break
  • The name of your company on an individual PowerPoint Slide shown throughout the day of the conference

  

Level Six is $200
Level Six Sponsorship includes: 

  • The option of placing your flyer and/or logo item in each conference bag
  • Automatic registration as a vendor if so desired which includes a 6 ft x 8 ft table SPACE in the registration area to promote your company and/or products (PRIME LOCATION)
  • The name of your company on the conference website, with a link to your website
  • A full page ad in the conference program booklet
  • A verbal recognition at the during the Morning Welcome, Lunch Break and the Afternoon Break
  • The name of your company on an individual PowerPoint Slide shown throughout the day of the conference 

 

Attendance at conference is expected to be approximately 200 attendees.

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis based on the information and deadlines listed below. 

  

Returning Sponsor/Vendor Participants
Registration begins August 1, 2015
***Registration AND payment due by August 8, 2015***

If not received by 11:59 pm on August 8, 2015 your spot will become open to the next available Sponsor/Vendor.

Many of our vendors return each year, so there is a chance your company may already be represented.  There is a limit of one Direct Sales vendor in a particular category (i.e. Premier Designs, Avon, Scentsy, Mary Kay, Creative Memories, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, etc).  

 

You will find a list of companies already represented on the Heart2Heart Shoppe Page on our website.  This list is updated asap once a registration form and payment are received. Before you register please check the list on the "Heart2Heart Shoppe" page.  

 

Open Registration for New Sponsor/Vendor Participants
Registration begins August 9, 2015

***Registration AND payment due by September 15, 2015***  


If you are interested in applying as a new sponsor/vendor, please fill out the Registration form.  Once your registration form has been submitted, you will receive notification that your submission has been received.  No payment is sent or processed at this point. 
 

Your registration information will be reviewed and a determination made as to whether or not we already have your company represented and also whether or not your products are a match for our conference.  We will contact you within 2-3 days.  

Once we have confirmed your registration, you will be sent an email Invoice from PayPal for online payment. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. You can pay as a ‘Guest’ with your debit or credit card.  Space is limited so PAID registrations will be given priority.  A paid registration is the only way to “hold” your spot.  Please make sure that you give your correct email address. 

Complete registration forms and non-refundable payment in full must be received no later than September 15th to also ensure conference participation as well as publicity in the program guide and/or conference bags.
