What is Heart2Heart? 

Heart2Heart is a ministry designed especially for preteen girls!!

In Heart2Heart, girls can…

• Grow closer to God
• Enjoy meaningful relationships with mentors and other girls in the club
• Learn how to apply the Bible through weekly Heart2Heart Talks
• Learn how to make wise choices
• Improve their friendships
• Learn how to get along better with family
• Participate in “Acts of Service”

• Develop confidence and character

Our Name and Mission

The ministry of Heart2Heart began in 2007.  Our NAME symbolizes the relationship between the hearts of the girls and their mentors (leaders).

Our MISSION is to provide an environment where preteen girls can discover who Christ is, how to grow closer to Him and how to develop into the young women He created them to be as described in 2 Peter 3:18, “...grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”. 

In Heart2Heart girls learn that “to grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ” is to get to know him better and better.  No matter where these girls are in their spiritual walk, no matter how mature they are in their faith, the world will challenge that faith.  It’s the same for us too.   There is always room for growth in everyone‘s life.  Girls get to see mentors growing in Christ and because of this, they will be better equipped to stand for truth in all the challenges THEY face.

With all that preteen girls do face in this world today they could use a trusted friend, a mentor.  We all respond more positively to the counsel of a trusted parent, friend or mentor more than a stranger.  Even when a girl has a godly mother in her life, it is still necessary to have other godly women in her life. 

Together mentors and parents can form a beneficial partnership by reinforcing Biblical values and providing support to the girls as they journey through this significant stage of life.

Our Statement of Faith

We believe the only way to God is by faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins. Because of His death and resurrection, we can experience eternal life forever and abundant life now when we trust in Him.
