EXHIBIT HOURS
Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

UNLOADING
You may unload curbside in the parking lot right in front of the glass doors but then please move your car so others may unload there as well.

SET-UP
Friday from 1:00pm until 5:00pm and/or Saturday from 7:00am to 7:30am

On arrival Sponsors/Vendors should check with the Sponsor/Vendor Resource Coordinator, to confirm location of space.  Please allow yourself enough time to set-up your vending area.

A single vending space is an area of 6 feet by 8 feet (48 square feet total). Vendors are to bring their own 6ft table and chair.  Vendor space boundaries will be marked and vendors are required to keep all of their items (including table, racks and/or shelving) within their purchased space(s).

Vendors will be located in an INDOOR high traffic area. We are coordinating the location of vendors and the schedule of activities to assure every vendor has ample opportunity to be seen by conference participants.

Many of our participants prefer to “shop” between sessions, and then return to purchase at the end of the day. In fact, this year there will be a grand prize drawing towards the end of the day, but the winner must be present to win.

PARKING
The most convenient parking is in the lot on the North side of the building.

LUNCH
Chick Fil A Box lunches (including drink) may be ordered for $6.00 each for delivery to your vending area or you can bring your own lunch. There is no on-site restaurant, however vending snacks and drinks are available.  

MISC
You are responsible for providing items you may need in your vending space, including table, fan, chairs, tent, extension cords, etc.

DOORPRIZE DONATION/SILENT AUCTION
In addition to your space rental fee we ask that you donate at least 1 item for our door prize drawing during the event.

If you would like to donate an item for the Silent Auction/Raffle and/or a percentage of your proceeds instead of a Door Prize, we would consider that a blessing to the ministry as well!

All proceeds for this event will be used directly towards the expenses of the Heart2Heart Conference and to the benefit of the Heart2Heart Ministry. 

DISMANTLING
Sponsors/Vendors are asked to begin packing up their items at the conclusion of the conference and not to leave the event before 5:00pm on Saturday for safety reasons as well as out of respect for others. Please plan to stay open for business until at least 5:00pm or a little after.

There will be a door prize drawing for vendors to receive a free vendor space at the 2016 Heart2Heart Girls Conference! Drawing will be held at the conclusion of the conference. Must be present to win!
